	The Appalachian Trail - Leaving Vermont and entering Massachusetts at Clarksburg Recreational Area from the southern edge of Vermont's Green Mountain National Forest , the trail passes through Mt Greylock Res., with Mt Greylock at 3490'. The trail continues south through October Mountain State Forest just south of Pittsfield Ma. The trail then passes Mt Wilcox at 2155' in Beartown State Forest. Continuing south, the trail crosses the Housatonic River between East Mountain State Forest and Mount Everett Res. (Mt Everett at 2600'), entering Connecticut near Mt Riga State Park.
	The Cape Cod National Seashore - Eleven nature trails wind through the park, with sandy beaches and historic light houses. Fresh and salt water fishing opportunities all along the Cape, from the largemouth and smallmouth bass in the ponds to the stripers and blues off shore.
